Welcome to PsychicSmile. This agreement is between you ("the client") and PsychicSmile ("we", "us", "the site"). By creating an account, topping up your wallet, or starting a chat, you accept everything below. Please read it carefully — it's written in plain language on purpose.
PsychicSmile connects you with independent psychic advisors for live chat readings about love, career, tarot, dreams, and life questions. Readings are for entertainment, reflection, and personal insight only. They are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind — medical, legal, financial, or mental-health. If you're facing a serious decision, please also consult a qualified professional.
Psychic readings are interpretive by nature. We do not guarantee that any prediction will come true, that any outcome described in a reading will happen, or that a reading will resolve your situation. Any decision you make before, during, or after a reading — about relationships, money, career, health, or anything else — is entirely your own responsibility. PsychicSmile is not liable for decisions you make based on a reading.
Advisors on PsychicSmile are independent readers, not our employees. Each advisor sets their own per-minute rate (between $0.50 and $30), writes their own profile, and is responsible for the content of their own readings. We verify every advisor's identity with government ID before they go live, but we do not control what they say in a session.
You must be 18 years or older to use PsychicSmile's paid services. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Advisors may offer you priced deals inside the chat (for example, a set number of minutes for a fixed price). Buying a deal is always your choice — never an obligation. Deal minutes are added to your balance with that advisor and used before per-minute billing.
Wallet top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged incorrectly (a billing error, a session that never connected), contact support@psychicsmile.com within 7 days and we'll investigate fairly. Dissatisfaction with the content of a reading is not grounds for a refund — see section 2.
Chat transcripts are saved to your account so you can re-read past readings. Your personal details are never shown to advisors beyond what you choose to share in chat. We never sell your data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
You can review an advisor after spending $10 or more with them. Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. Fake, abusive, or misleading reviews may be removed.
Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, threats, or illegal activity will get your account closed immediately, with any remaining balance forfeited where the law allows.
To the fullest extent the law allows: PsychicSmile provides the platform "as is". We are not responsible for the content of any reading, for decisions you make based on readings, or for any loss arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
We may update this agreement as the site grows. We'll post the new version here with a new date — continuing to use PsychicSmile means you accept it. For significant changes, we'll also notify you by email.
