1. What PsychicSmile is

PsychicSmile connects clients with independent psychic advisors for live chat readings. Readings are for entertainment and personal reflection only — not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. You must be 18 or older to use paid services.

2. Wallet & billing

• You top up your wallet before chatting. Per-minute sessions bill in whole minutes against the advisor's stated rate.
• The first 3 minutes with each new advisor are free.
• Sessions end automatically when your balance can't cover another minute. Balances never go negative.
• Top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law or our satisfaction guarantee.

3. Advisors

Advisors are independent readers, not employees. They set their own rates and deals, keep 50% of every session, and are responsible for the content of their readings. Advisors must not offer medical/legal/financial advice, "curse removals," or guaranteed outcomes.

4. Conduct

Be respectful. Harassment, hate, explicit content involving minors, or illegal activity gets accounts closed immediately.

5. Changes
