What we collect

• Account info: your name, email and password (stored hashed) when you register or apply as an advisor.
• Wallet & payments: top-up amounts and transaction history. Card details are processed by our payment providers (PayPal and card processors) — we never see or store your full card number.
• Chat transcripts: readings are stored so you and your advisor can continue where you left off.

How we use it

To operate your account, process wallet top-ups, run readings, prevent fraud, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Your choices

You can ask us to export or delete your data anytime by contacting support. Deleting your account removes your profile; anonymized transaction records may be kept for accounting.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions are protected, and our database lives outside the public web root. No system is perfect, but we treat your data like our own.
